What is SparkleText?

SparkleText (sparkletext.com) is a SaaS platform operated by Omvium LLC, based in San Marcos, California. Hosts (business subscribers) configure their own SMS keywords, auto-reply messages, and subscriber lists through our dashboard. Each Host's subscriber list is isolated. No opt-in data is shared between Hosts or with third parties.

Some Hosts have a dedicated phone number; others share a number and use a unique prefix before their keyword (e.g., "GLAM DEMO" instead of "DEMO"). Hosts promote their keywords through their own channels: TikTok Live, social media, websites, printed materials, and in-person events.

How It Works

Keyword Auto-Reply

  1. A Host promotes their phone number and keyword during a TikTok Live stream, on social media, on their website, on printed materials, or at in-person events (see example below).
  2. You (the customer) voluntarily text the keyword to the displayed phone number from your mobile device. On shared numbers, you text the business code followed by the keyword (e.g., "GLAM DEMO").
  3. You receive a single automated SMS reply containing the Host's configured message and link. For example: "Thanks for texting INFO! Here's your link: https://sparkletext.com/r/a1b2c3. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg frequency varies. Msg&Data rates may apply."

Broadcast Messages

Hosts may also send occasional broadcast messages to their opted-in subscribers with event announcements, product updates, or promotional offers. For example: "Hey! Going LIVE tonight at 8pm with new arrivals. Don't miss it! Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg frequency varies. Msg&Data rates may apply."

Opt-In / Consent

  • You must initiate contact. No messages are ever sent to you unless you text a keyword first. By texting a keyword to a SparkleText-powered number, you consent to receive an automated SMS reply related to that keyword and occasional broadcast messages from that Host only.
  • No opt-in sharing. SparkleText does not share opt-in data between Hosts or with any third party. Each Host owns their own opted-in subscriber list within the platform. Hosts cannot access other Hosts' subscriber data.
  • Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • No purchased lists or third-party contact databases are used. No unsolicited outbound messages are sent. All subscribers opt in by voluntarily texting a keyword.
  • Hosts promote their keywords and phone numbers through their own channels including TikTok Live streams, social media posts, websites, printed flyers, and in-person events. A typical Host call to action reads: "Text DEMO to (555) 436-4367 to get today's link! Msg & Data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Terms & Privacy: sparkletext.com/sms-info"

Message Frequency

You will receive one (1) automated reply per keyword you text. If you text additional keywords, you will receive one reply per keyword. Hosts may also send occasional broadcast messages to opted-in subscribers with event announcements, product updates, or promotional offers. Message frequency varies by Host. You can opt out at any time.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. SparkleText does not charge subscribers for receiving messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from a SparkleText-powered number. You will receive a confirmation: "You have been unsubscribed and will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

Additional opt-out keywords: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL.

Supported Carriers

SparkleText works with all major US mobile carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Terms

Your phone number and messaging data are used solely to deliver the SMS auto-reply and broadcast service. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SparkleText does not share opt-in data between Hosts or with any third party. Each Host's subscriber list is isolated and accessible only to that Host.
